National Laser Technology

Dental laser provider that sells and distributes dental lasers to dentists. Splitting off from another company, National Laser was in need of a new mark. Started with laser bursts imagery and found shield iconography married with the laser imagery to find the larger mark. Smaller shield mark used for letterhead, envelope, facsimile cover sheet and front of business cards where higher detail would not be visible. And larger mark with name, slogan and higher detail can be used for advertisements or on the web where a larger space can be used and more detail can be viewed and ties together both marks by being used on the back of the business card. In the printed letterhead and collateral, we used a metallic red and silver ink to make the laser burst look reflective and laser-like.
